  1. It looks exactly how I feel Dale, stoically alone awaiting the relief of Spring. Evergreens are so strong and resilient, a wonderful metaphor and reminder that, we too need to be.
    I remember growing up, there were two looming at the entrance to our house. When my parents were drunk and raging, I’d go stand beneath them where I felt safe. a five-year old already knowing the power and beauty of nature.

    You have completely outdone yourself with this capture. I mean, HOW can you outdo the brilliant? And yet, you have done just that by bringing us winter in a Currier and Ives postcard setting. It looks like a painting!
