I didn’t even notice the blurry aspect of the photo, truth be told. I was drawn to the moon-like quality of the light off the branches. It’s actually quite mesmerizing.
I LOVE THEM DALE…THE SUPREMES, OF TREES. I think Diana is the one on the left.
I’ve always had a thing for trees myself, how much they represent…strength, endurance, even fashion the way they change their leaves by seasons the way we change our closets. And, nothing like winter white on a girl. You can hear those men, swaying in approval π
Woot! So glad you do. And, I know they are a bit blurry but I kinda liked that effect (and can pretend I did it on purpose!)
Plus that “chocolate” sky? That’s what made me take the picture..I was walking home from work and couldn’t get over the colour – which made their white outfits pop. π
The lighting makes this extra interesting. No question about the pop. What gets me is the contradiction – the appearance of snow on the trees but no snow around. The appearance of a frosty glaze, but seemingly none.Good catch by your eyes!
Q
Those trees are cray cray beautiful.

B,
Between the trees (I know they are blurry, but I kinda liked that) and the “chocolate” sky that makes ’em pop…
Cray cray beautiful? Thank you so much!

I didn’t either until I looked at it on my computer. But then I liked the, as you say, moon-like effect to them. Glad you think so.
And yes, a friend called it that and it stuck. I now search for chocolate skies π
Lovely you think so.

It has that effect alright. So cool.
Chocolate skies are better than Vanilla Sky, the movie. Way better.
How lovely.

Way better. The movie… I remember seeing it but honestly, can’t remember anything about it!

Both? Coo . . . .
And you’re really lucky for that. From what I do remember of this dumpster fire of a couple hours time, to call it forgettable is being nice.
No, U are.

They’re not blurry. I never thought that for a second. They’re noble the way they’re planted, like members of the gentry. π

They are definitely beautiful, standing out like that.
And I forgot to mention I love your Diana and the Supremes!

It was so cool. And that sky blew me away even more than the trees did. This is unedited – didn’t play with a single thing.

Yeah – I guess we do have different filters – and maybe I read that you called it a chocolate sky so that impacted my take – hahah

Though I used no filters on this image. The sky was that colour.ans a friend called it a chocolate sky and I really liked that.π
