It was so weird. I was sitting at my computer when I felt the change. This picture has no filter at all.
I’ll make sure next week is more interesting. 😜
The first thing I focused on was the pink…made me think of…Valentines Day, those little hearts that say things like, hug and kiss. The ribbon my doorman wears to honor his Missus who’s a breast cancer survivor, and a dress I had I loved, that I left in a hotel room in Milan.
Pink can be very evocative alright.
But that’s what art does after all…aspires to inspire.
Again I’ll say how kind Mr. Sorryless is to share his Wednesday with you.
It was the coolest thing. I was sitting at my computer and could feel the change in the sky. The whole area was bathed in pink (and a friend on the other side of Montreal mentioned it on the Facebooks, thinking she was seeing things…)
And pink is such a soft colour, is it not? So glad you think it’s evocative, too.
It does. I had two pictures lined up for today but kept coming back to this one (maybe I should have kept it for Valentine’s Day 😉 )
Then I am doubly pleased that I pinked up your day. (To think one that said if snatched a phrase about death-time today, the picture would be perfect…)
I hope the rest of your day continues to be filled with even more colour and joy, Susannah. 🙂
It’s too damn cold.

But with a fabulous pink. I was sitting at my desk and realised there was a crazy pink hue to everything…

You’re in charge of the WW Department, so I trust your judgement on all such matters.

It’s truly beautiful. Made me feel hopeful after waking up melancholy. I’m sure I speak for many. 🙂

Thank you, John. I swear, I did not alter the photo at all. It was exactly that pink!

It was everywhere. I was typing away and could feel the change. I looked up and was like… wow…

Me too. A friend wrote on Facebook: Am I crazy or is the sky pink? She lives a good 40 miles from me.
